GEORGE MANJARREZ, Principal
George has been in and around construction for over 30 years. Starting when he was just 5 years old, his father would take him to job sites to help with his construction endeavors. It is at this time that George fell in love with the process of taking a space and completely transforming it into what was once only a figment of the imagination.
After years of confirming his love for design and construction, George decided to compliment his passions with a formal education in Architecture, receiving a Bachelor's of Architecture from Woodbury University. His educational years were followed by years of commitment to city planning departments, award winning architectural design and construction management firms and home builders.
George's passion for design and attention to detail is evident in every single undertaking.
STEVEN GOMEZ, Principal
Steven Gomez, a Colombian entrepreneur and real estate developer with a passion for building and designing beautiful spaces, has made a significant leap in his career by relocating to Los Angeles, California. His journey from Bogota, Colombia, to the City of Angels reflects his ambitious spirit and unwavering commitment to his craft.
Steven's journey in the real estate industry began in his youth, working alongside his father, an accomplished emerald dealer. He learned the ins and outs of the business, from design and construction, to marketing and sales.
Known for his innovative approach to design and his commitment to excellence, Steven's biography is a testament to his hard work, dedication, and entrepreneurial spirit.
